Kind of hard to explain but it just feels very comfortable. The power and speed settings are also great. The cool shot button is really cold which is also a plus. The OPTIheat technology seems to make the centre of the airflow warmer. This isn’t just a fancy setting with no effect. It really does make you feel like you are targeting the parts of your hair you want to target.
