PowerBlock Elite 90 EXP Adjustable Dumbbells [Stage 1]
You can achieve 5 lb increments by swapping the handles as needed. This is a small enough increment for efficient strength progression for most lifters on most exercises. Sometimes 2.5 lb increments would be nice, but 5 lbs is quite reasonable. And again, you don’t have to worry about adder weights to get this increment. Side Rails: The colour bands on the rails correspond with the weight chart on the handle to show what will be selected. Made from 3x3" 14-gauge steel, the Powerbench is more than capable in any commercial environment. The 1000 lbs. weight limit and bolt-together construction with full portability wheels, increase versatility and storage in tight spaces. Each dumbbell adjusts in 3-5lb increments and replaces 8-20 pairs of dumbbells (depending on the model). The Sport EXP dumbbells have an “Open Handle” design. There are no padded wrist support bars on the top of the handle like the Elite has. This gives you all the side-to-side range of motion to move your wrists/forearms without obstruction.
